Halloween Party & Break Halloween Party: The children are invited to come to school dressed, as their favourite character on Tuesday 29th October for a Halloween Party. Please note there will be NO dinners that day.As the children are young we ask that no one wears a scary mask.The Nursery will close at 11.20 -11.30 (Group 1) & 11.30-11.40 (Group 2) on Tuesday 29th OctoberHalloween Break: The Nursery will be closed from Wednesday 30th October & re-open on Monday 4th November.

Bird Cakes

We made bird cakes using lard, seeds and fruits. The weather is colder and it can be difficult for the bird to find worms or mini beasts to eat. We placed the bird cakes around the garden and then waited for them to arrive. As part of the Big Bird Watch we observed the different types of birds that visited the garden - the seagulls and crows were enormous!
