Planned Strike Action Wednesday 15th & Thursday 16 November

I am writing to advise you that the Education Authority (EA) has been notified by four non-teaching trade unions, UNISON, UNITE the UNION, NIPSA and GMB that members across the organisation are being called to take part in strike action next Wednesday and Thursday in relation to a trade dispute linked to the EA Pay and Grading Review.  

As a result of this action, it has been determined that an appropriate level of supervision/assistance or support cannot be provided or that there might be health and safety issues or concerns around safeguarding arrangements.

As dinners can not be transported to the Nursery on Wednesday we will be finishing at 11.30am and then the school will be closed to all pupils next Thursday, and will re-open, as normal next Friday.

 

Wednesday collections times: Group 1: 11.30 -11.40

                                           Group 2: 11.40 - 11.50

 

 

We are aware that we had Parent/Teacher meetings planned for these days and will contact those affected to rearrange their appointment.
